12U Head Coach
Sean Lyon
After serving as an assistant coach for the 10U and 12U CT Rockets the last two seasons, Coach Lyon is Head Coach in 2017, adding to his more than 10 years of experience coaching successful youth all-star and travel baseball and softball teams. A stickler for proper fundamentals and mechanics, Coach Lyon’s approach to teaching the game demands a focus on doing the little things correctly, while making sure that each of his players has fun learning how to get to the next level.
12U Assistant Coach
Adam Bova
Coach Bova enters his debut season with the CT Rockets. Serving for over the past 5 years as either an assistant or head coach for the Newtown Hawks he is extremely excited to join the Rockets this year. He prides himself on focusing on the little details and in making sure each player gets the personal attention needed to help them advance to the next level. Finding an equal balance of having fun while also improving players skill sets are paramount.
